Job Title: Full Time Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with clients’ business goals & grow brands on social media
• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging
• Develop strategies for different industry segments like Fashion, Restaurants, Education, eCommerce Websites, etc
• Generate new ideas for content creation
• Manage & Lead a team of graphic designers to make sure content is designed as per the strategy
• Publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Collaborate with client’s teams like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Lead pitches for new businesses

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven work experience of atleast 3 years as a Social media manager in a leading digital creative agency or a company
• Prior experience in Facebook, Instagram & Twitter Ad campaigns is a must·  Must know how to use Social Media platforms to drive online sales
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Solid knowledge of SEO, SMO & Social media tools
• Ability to multi-task
